Michael Bogosian began the art of fine jewelry at age 10 in Istanbul. At 16, he came to Los Angeles and in 1972 founded Matthew's, LA's top jewelry boutique. In 1983, Michael created a magnificent jeweled egg symbolic of the Romanov eggs made by the House of Faberge in czarist Russia. Placed on display at San Sylmar Museum, the egg was a testament to his creative genius and passion for supreme craftsmanship. In the 1990's Michael B. emerged as the world's top platinum and diamond bridal designer. In 1997, he received the Town & Country Couture Conference Platinum Award, in 1998, he earned the Platinum Passion Design Competition Award, and in 2003, he was crowned Couture Conference Designer of the Year.
